From QR sign-up to redeeming rewards

We agree how sign-up works, which transactions earn points, and how rewards are redeemed at checkout. QR enrollment, member accounts, and reward tracking are separate steps; staff and customers should know what to do at each one. During the demo, you can see a sample customer earn points and redeem a reward. Program terms should be presented clearly to customers.

Promotions and customer communication

First, we discuss your goals for birthday rewards, friend referrals, or a specific promotion. Decide up front which customers qualify and under what conditions. Communication consent, app notifications, and customer preferences are separate considerations. We review notification and promotion flows against the permissions in place and the setup scope; we do not promise increased revenue or repeat visits without verified results.

A workflow your checkout team can use

A loyalty program needs to be easy to understand in day-to-day work. The demo scenario includes a cashier finding a member, checking points or rewards, and seeing the transaction result. The POS and dashboard workflows within kafeOS are different from connecting your existing checkout system. If integration with an external POS or tab system is needed, we assess its product, version, access, and connectivity separately.

From a digital coffee stamp card to a branded app

A business looking only for digital stamps or a coffee card has different needs from one seeking ordering, gift cards, and a branded app together. We decide which channel customers will use and which actions the first release should support. If app store preparation is needed, account ownership, content, and submission responsibilities are set out in the proposal. Store review timing depends on the relevant platform.

Demo, pilot, and rollout for your business

In the first conversation, we learn about your business type, branch setup, and current operations. Then we show the workflows that matter to you using sample data. If it looks like a fit, we can plan a pilot at one or two branches with its duration and acceptance criteria in writing. We define responsibilities for training, transaction checks, and feedback during the pilot. Rollout to other branches is considered based on the pilot outcome and agreed scope.
