Cafe and restaurant POS, table checks, and order management

kafeOS connects table checks, QR orders, touchscreen POS, and kitchen tickets. Guests can order from a table QR; staff see the table label on the kitchen display. Waiter calls and split bills are part of the flow. Your business can also offer its own branded app and loyalty program. Try your service setup in a demo.

Track the table order and check from one flow

Guests scan a table QR with a phone camera. The menu opens with the table attached; no app download is needed. Submitted orders appear on the kitchen display with their table label and source. Waiter calls also reach the staff screen with the table number. Guests can view the check on their phone. Staff split it evenly or by items from the waiter tablet. After payment, the check closes and appears in the shift and Z report flow. Try the steps with your table layout in a demo.

From touchscreen checkout to the kitchen display

The cashier adds items on the touchscreen POS. Orders pass to the kitchen with their source; staff update preparation status. Pickup orders from your branded app can be approved at checkout and sent to the kitchen. The POS includes shift opening, transactions, and a Z report. Ask what cashiers, servers, and managers can do. See how a table opens and closes, how an incorrect or cancelled order is handled, and where shift records appear. Try these steps with your menu and team roles.

Add your branded app and loyalty to table service

If you only need check tracking, you may need tables, orders, payments, and closing. kafeOS also offers a customer app with your business name and visual identity. Members can use points, rewards, wallet, and gift cards, then browse the menu and account details in the app. This gives guests a channel alongside the staff check screen. Loyalty features are optional. In the demo, see where guests order, how they use points, and what the cashier sees.

Try your own service flow in the demo

Tell us your business type, branch count, table layout, menu, and current POS or tab system. Ask to see checkout entry, QR table ordering, kitchen routing, waiter calls, split bills, and shift closing. Bring up staff roles, cancellations, corrections, reports, or loyalty if relevant. Sample screens illustrate product scenarios; they are not results from your business. Online card payments are not enabled in production. External POS or tab, provider, and terminal connections need checking against the product, version, access, agreement, and hardware. A demo does not confirm activation.

What affects the price of cafe POS software?

kafeOS does not publish fixed prices. A proposal depends on branch count, users, workflows, modules, data transfer, setup, and training. Integrations and devices may affect cost. List each branch’s needs; review setup, support, and outside services separately. A proposal can define a 6–8 week pilot at 1–2 branches, with start conditions and acceptance criteria.

Frequently asked questions

Is kafeOS only for cafes?

No. It can support cafes, restaurants, doner and kebab shops, lokantas, bakeries, and fast-food operations. The setup depends on your business.

Does scanning a table QR send an order to the kitchen?

A submitted order reaches the kitchen display with table details through the configured flow. Opening the QR page alone does not create an order. Try it with your tables in a demo.

Will it work with my existing POS or tab system?

kafeOS has its own POS and table-check workflows. External compatibility depends on the product and version; include your current system in the demo request.

Are online card payments and payment-terminal connections included?

See the payment note above and include your card or terminal needs in the demo request.
